Save the date for August 2-3, 2025! The Moraine State Park Regatta is at the South Shore of Moraine State Park.
The Moraine State Park Regatta showcases eco-recreational activities for all ages along the south shore of Lake Arthur. Featuring water and land recreational fun for all ages, nature-themed experiences, and vendors from the local community, the regatta has something for everyone!

Vendor Marketplace
From burgers and BBQ to Asian cuisine and sweet desserts, visitors have no shortage of food trucks and vendors to satisfy their cravings. Non-food vendors include local crafts and artisans, as well as showcases from businesses and service providers across the region. Our 2024 Regatta featured more than 50 community and food vendors.
Land Recreation
Classes and demonstrations of archery, yoga, ax throwing, fly fishing, and more! This area promotes land recreation at the park. Attendees can learn about exercise options available in the community and instructors have opportunities for reaching new members.
Regatta Car Cruise
The 2024 Morain State Park Regatta Car Cruise featured more than 100 vintage, classic, and customized vehicles. Thanks to PA Lottery, the first 100 cars were given a special 25th Anniversary dash plaque!
REGATTA ON THE WATER

Water Recreation
Lake tours and workshops hosted by expert instructors and local outfitters. Activities could include kayaking, canoeing, rowing, stand-up paddle-boarding, sailing, fishing and more. Presented by Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau.
Fireworks Over the Lake
Kellner’s Fireworks by Peak Pyro put on a fireworks display on Saturday night of the Regatta, presented by AHN.
GET CLOSER TO NATURE

Moraine Regatta 5k Trail Run/Walk
The Moraine Regatta 5k Trail Run, presented by XTO, was held on Saturday morning, August 5. Medals were given to the first-place runner in each age category, male and female, and prizes were given to the first, second, and third overall runners, both male and female.
Annual Memorial Butterfly Release
Over 300 butterflies were released at the 2024 event – a popular highlight of the Regatta weekend. Guests purchased individual butterflies, distributed in honor of a special someone, in memory of a loved one, or just for fun. Presented by Oliver Outdoor, the mass release took place at the main stage.
Lake Arthur Lily Pad Kids’ Activities
There are multiple programs throughout the Regatta weekend, from the barrel train to fishing. Bring the littles to the Lake Arthur Lily Pad for a variety of activities which are all FREE. Presented by Early Learning Connections.
